Josef Schroeter JD
Joe provides strategic and execution leadership to address the challenges of business transformation, scaling growth and deploying new technologies.
He has served for over 25 years in consulting and leadership roles in multiple business transformation efforts including the spin-off of Agilent Technologies from Hewlitt Packard resulting in an IPO of more than 2B, the merger of Excite@Home valued at over 6B, and the transformation of large health care companies such as Centura Health with revenues over 4B. He led CQG through its transformation into a global, cloud-based EMS provider with leading low latency trading services and substantial revenue growth. Recently, he contributed heavily to the transformation of Trading Technologies in close partnership with their equity partners, CEO, Keith Todd and senior leadership team, resulting in more than 1B in value added to the firm in three years

Keith Todd CBE
Driving sustainable profitable growth through high performance teams which leverage technology is central to his focus and achievements. Software-as-a-Service is integral to his DNA with strategic and operational experience spanning 40-years of achievement in both public and private markets. Most recently led as CEO the transformation of Trading Technologies (TT) backed by 7RIDGE PE fund.
Prior to TT, Keith was the founder of KRM22 plc, serving as CEO and Executive Chairman in its formative years, and remains a director today. He was Executive Chairman and CEO of FFastFill, transforming it into a global derivatives SaaS provider acquired by ION Group, and became Executive Chairman of ION Agency Trading. His career also includes leadership positions with Marconi Defence Group and ICL plc. He was also non-executive Chairman of the UK Broadband Stakeholder Group that led the transformation of Broadband capability in the UK. He has held several other non-executive roles in the technological world.
Keith was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) by Queen Elizabeth II in 2002 for his services to the telecommunications industry. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and holds an honorary doctorate from the UK’s Open University for his services as honorary treasurer. He was awarded Life Membership of Bafta for his services to Bafta, supporting the new world of online media. He was recently awarded the 2026 ‘Lifetime’ Achievement award from FOW, the Futures and Options Industry media and market intelligence leader.

With more than three decades of experience, Chris is a highly regarded transformation leader with a track record of guiding organisations through complex change and toward sustained success. Widely recognised as a specialist in organisational transformation, he partners with senior executives to shape compelling visions, translate strategy into decisive action, and build high-performance cultures that deliver results.
In 2026, Chris led a major enterprise-wide transformation at a global brokerage firm, helping the organisation navigate a rapidly evolving market landscape. Working at board and executive-committee level, he played a pivotal role in redefining strategic priorities, modernising ways of working, and aligning leadership behaviours to support growth, resilience, and long-term value creation across multiple geographies.
Alongside his consulting work, Chris is a trusted leadership and business coach, known for enabling leaders to engage, inspire, and empower their teams. His coaching approach consistently drives measurable impact, including improved performance, stronger leadership capability, and success in winning new business opportunities for both individuals and teams.
Chris developed his strategic consultancy and commercial expertise through senior roles with leading management consultancies, and by leading high-performing teams at Morgan Stanley and Sky. These roles significantly shaped his leadership philosophy, particularly through periods of large-scale change and transformation. His leadership foundations were formed earlier in his career as a British Army officer, where he led teams in demanding and complex environments—experience that continues to inform his calm, disciplined, and people-centred approach to leadership today.
